How do I track my order?
Once your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use that number to track your package directly.
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically arrive within 7-14 business days. Processing takes 1-3 business days before your order ships.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
Contact us immediately at support@shophumble.co with a photo of the damaged item and your order number. We'll make it right.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We process orders quickly so cancellations and changes can only be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Contact us as soon as possible at support@shophumble.co.

Do you offer exchanges?
At this time we do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
